We are a small yet committed team with a grand vision for the international investors coming her to Colombia. Ian is originally from the vibrant city of Vancouver, Canada, while Camilo is a native of the lively Medellin, Colombia. The two of them originally met as they worked together to coordinate the sale of a stunning two-story penthouse, which was the biggest under construction at the time in Medellin at the Quartier building in the Tesoro area. Both Ian and Camilo share a common vision for Colombia and, in particular, Medellin and the surrounding Oriente area as one of the most desirable places to relocate for those seeking new opportunities. Together, they are wholeheartedly focused on finding the best properties for newcomers in the thriving community they proudly serve.

    Camilo is a native Colombian and resides in Medellin. Camilo is a broker extraordinaire and also manages construction projects in Medellin and Oriente in addition to being the managing director of Colombia Casa.

    Ian left Vancouver Canada in 2010 in search of life beyond Canada and settled in Medellin Colombia. He is the founder of Colombiacasa and Marketing Director for Colombiacasa and ExpatCrib in charge of lead development for both brands. He spends time split between Sout Eastern Asia, Europe and Colombia always searching for the next best expat hotspots.
